It isn’t a surprise that there were protests in Washington yesterday over Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.
Amy Schumer and Emily Ratajkowski were there . . . and they both got arrested. Not for anything heinous, mind you. But because they and other protesters wouldn’t leave the Senate office building. About 300 people were arrested, and it looks like they’ll all get hit with a $50 fine.
Someone got video of a cop trying to move Amy along. He asks her if she wants to be arrested, and she says “YES.”

Amy also recorded a message for the daughter of one of her fellow protesters. She said, quote, “Hi, Zola. I’m here with your mom, she loves you very much. I think we’re gonna get arrested, and we’re so proud of you.”
